For the Gale Watch, east to southeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft possible. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Chincoteague to Parramore Island VA out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday.
