Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 959 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 20 to 25 knots. This front was located 11 nm northwest of Middle River, moving east at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Fort Smallwood State Park, Turkey Point, North Point State Park, Hart Miller Island, Bodkin Point, Tolchester Beach, Worton Point, Pooles Island, Spesutie Island, Northeast River, Sevenfoot Knoll, Havre De Grace, and Aberdeen Proving Ground. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 to 25 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes.
