In Maryland, Caroline, Kent MD, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties. * WHEN...From 8 AM Monday to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures of 75 to 80 degrees will not offer much relief at night.
