Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 736 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front capable of producing winds of 20 to 30 knots. This gust front was located along a line extending from 20 nm northwest of Gunpowder River to 20 nm northwest of Middle River to 29 nm northwest of Back River, moving southeast at 25 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect gusty winds and locally higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor. &&
