...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 0 and 8 below expected. * WHERE...Washington DC, and portions of central, northeast, northern, and southern Maryland, and central, northern, and western Virginia. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional Cold Weather Headlines are expected at times through the end of the week as the region remains in an Arctic Airmass.
