to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. For the second Small Craft
Advisory, north winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island to Sandy Point MD,
Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor, and Eastern Bay.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM EDT this
afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from midnight
tonight to 6 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
