Baltimore City in northern Maryland... * Until 915 PM EDT. * At 613 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate as the heavies storms move through is 3.5 to 4.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
