At 1136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 9 nm north of Fishing Bay to
Richland Point Buoy to near Piney Point, moving east at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Hooper Island Light, Smith Island, Piney Point, Crisfield, Deep Hole,
Mouth Of The Potomac River, Nanticoke River Mouth, Southwest Middle
Grounds, Ewell, Point Lookout, Tall Timbers, Tangier Sound, Coles
Point, Saint George Island, Point No Point, Honga River, The Targets,
Richland Point Buoy, Bivalve, and Deal Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
