For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels. * WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Pooles Island MD, and Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until midnight EST tonight. For the Low Water Advisory, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
