* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1135 PM EDT, emergency management and automated gauges
reported ongoing flooding in the warned area due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6
inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE...Wills Creek near Cumberland.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Several businesses at Motor City and
outside the levee protection north of Cumberland are flooded,
along with at least a couple homes in Locust Grove. Water
approaches low spots on Route 36, possibly affecting one lane.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 14.0 feet, or 4.0 feet
above flood stage.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:45 PM EDT Tuesday was 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will crest in major flood stage tonight,
then gradually fall but remain above flood stage through
early Thursday morning. It will fall below flood stage
Thursday morning to 7.5 feet early Friday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water reaches a substation in Wiley Ford,
West Virginia. Water also approaches an outbuilding in Wiley Ford,
and portions of Kelly Road in Cumberland and Canal Road in North
Branch.
At 23.0 feet, Water approaches homes on Canal Road in North Branch.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
