Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected to move over the area in the predawn hours on Wednesday and drift southeast through the day. Repeated rounds are possible, with localized rainfall totals nearing 1 to 3 inches.
