For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to one foot of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from midnight tonight to 5 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from late Saturday night through Sunday morning, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. High tide late tonight at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 2:35 AM. High tide Saturday is at 2:47 PM and high tide late Saturday night into Sunday is at 3:34 AM. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. && Time of high total tides are approximate to the nearest hour.
