At 23.0 feet, Floodwaters completely cover the comfort station at the Brunswick boat ramp, and reach the comfort station at the Point of Rocks boat ramp. The upper parking lot at the Point of Rocks boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 4.6 feet, or 11.4 feet below flood stage. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 22.9 feet tomorrow morning.
