...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. * WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD, and Chesapeake Bay and adjoining estuaries north of Drum Point MD. * WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An abrupt wind shift to the northwest with a rapid increase in gusts is expected between 4 AM and 7 AM. A brief period of wind gusts 35 to 40 knots is possible during this time, and Special Marine Warnings may be needed. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
