Rain will change to snow between 4 PM and * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northern, and southern Maryland. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Monday. Rain or a rain and snow mix will change to all snow between 3 PM and 6 PM this afternoon into this evening. Snow will continue tonight before tapering off Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
