For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. * WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD, Chesapeake Bay north of Sandy Point MD, Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor, and Chester River to Queenstown MD. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM EST Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to 6 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels. Light freezing spray is also possible over the open channel Sunday afternoon through Sunday night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
