...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of central Maryland, including the following
counties, Montgomery and Prince Georges.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will
take several hours for all the water from these storms to work
through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 831 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area.  Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
