* At 457 AM EDT, a wind shift associated with an approaching cold
front is located along a line extending from 24 nm northwest of
Middle River to 21 nm north of Tidal Basin to 10 nm north of Key
Bridge, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. Additionally, winds
abruptly change direction our of the west.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Bay, Dobbins Island, Pooles Island, Gunpowder River, Sandy Point
State Park, Northeast River, Bloody Point Light, Thomas Point
