Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... * Until 630 AM EDT. * At 457 AM EDT, a wind shift associated with an approaching cold front is located along a line extending from 24 nm northwest of Middle River to 21 nm north of Tidal Basin to 10 nm north of Key Bridge, moving east at 30 knots.
