...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM EST MONDAY... * WHAT...Cold wind chills of 5 above to 5 below, except near 10 below over higher elevations in north-central Maryland. * WHERE...The greater Baltimore MD and Washington DC region. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The cold weather could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
