In northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Southeast Harford and Southern Baltimore. In southern Maryland, Calvert and St. Marys. * WHEN...From 10 AM EDT this morning through this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The remnants of Chantal will bring showers and some thunderstorms to locations along the Chesapeake Bay from late morning through the afternoon. There may be embedded slow- moving areas of heavy rain which will be capable of producing rain rates of 2-3 inches in an hour or two. A localized total up to 5 inches is possible.
