waves 1 to 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Boston Harbor. In
Rhode Island coastal waters, Narragansett Bay.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 3 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
