Southwestern Suffolk County in eastern Massachusetts... North Central Bristol County in southeastern Massachusetts... West Central Plymouth County in southeastern Massachusetts... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 508 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boston, Brockton, Quincy, Brookline, Weymouth, Braintree, Randolph, Franklin, Needham, Norwood, Milton, Stoughton, Dedham, Walpole, Mansfield, Easton and Canton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
