Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain will occur this evening into tonight, with additional showers and some thunderstorms on Tuesday. Rainfall of 2 to 4 inches, with 3 to 5 inches in the eastern Catskills, combined with already saturated grounds will result in the potential for flash flooding.
