Light to calm winds with left over moisture from yesterday/s rain and snow has resulted in the formation of black ice. Although the focus is on the plowable snow that is coming today into tonight...motorists planning to travel before the snow arrives should be prepared for black ice. In addition...walkways may be icy for pedestrians as well.
