For the Gale Watch, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet possible. * WHERE...Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
