For the Gale Watch, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet possible. * WHERE...Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound, Vineyard Sound, Buzzards Bay and Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM EST Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible hazardous conditions.
