At 508 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Hingham, or over Weymouth, moving northeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Boston Harbor, Boston Buoy 44013, Quincy Harbor, Boston Light, The
Coastal Waters East Of Boston Harbor, and Minot Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.

Eastern Plymouth MA, Northern Bristol MA, Northern Middlesex MA,
Northern Worcester MA, Southeast Middlesex MA, Southern Bristol
MA, Southern Plymouth MA, Southern Worcester MA, Suffolk MA,
Western Essex MA, Western Norfolk MA and Western Plymouth MA, and
Rhode Island, including the following areas, Bristol RI, Eastern
Kent RI, Newport RI, Northwest Providence RI, Southeast Providence
RI, Washington RI and Western Kent RI.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding, flooding
of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
