In New York, Eastern Rensselaer County. * WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow develops this morning and continues this afternoon before transitioning to patchy freezing drizzle this evening. Snow showers and additional snow accumulations return after Midnight along with strong, gusty northwesterly winds.
