THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Waves
of 5 to 7 feet in the sounds and tidal lakes, and seas 9 to 14
ft in the open Gulf waters expected.

* WHERE...All of the sounds, tidal lakes and open Gulf waters.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
