...DENSE FOG ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.

* WHERE...Sabine Lake, Calcasieu Lake, Coastal waters from
Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM and Coastal waters from
Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High level cloud cover just offshore has
limited fog development for much of the night. These high clouds
have moved away from nearshore waters. Marine fog developing in
and near Vermilion Bay is expected to expand west, filling in
with marine fog towards the Calcasieu and Sabine channels.

visibilities down to one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.

Delay travel until later in the morning when fog has started to
dissipate.
