For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM CST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until midnight CST Saturday Night. * IMPACTS...For Wind Advisory...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. For the Extreme Cold Warning...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
