In southwest Louisiana, Lower Vermilion and Upper Vermilion. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An anomalously moist airmass remains in place over lower Acadiana with a few weak disturbances set to track through this afternoon through Monday. This area has already seen substantial rainfall in recent days.
