...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu and Vernon and southeast Texas, including the following counties, Hardin, Jasper, Newton and Tyler. * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 121 PM CDT, the public reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
