Wind chills of 20 to 25 degrees will affect locations south of this corridor. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
