...COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING... ...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED... * WHAT...Significant coastal flooding possible. * WHERE...East Cameron and Lower Vermilion Parishes. * WHEN...From this evening through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides will be between 1.5 and 2.5 feet above astronomical predicted levels with actual tide levels during high tide time between 1.5 and 2.5 feet MHHW. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
