* WHERE...Lower Tangipahoa, Pointe Coupee, Southeast St. Tammany,
Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, and West Baton
Rouge Parishes.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 3 AM to 3 PM CST Monday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CST
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Wind
chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

...FIRE DANGER INCREASING IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA MONDAY...

There is an elevated risk of fire weather concerns across
Southeast Louisiana for Monday, December 29th. Low relative
humidities (20-30%) combined with strong, gusty northerly winds
(20-25mph with gusts to 30mph) will enhance fire weather concerns
across the area Monday and Monday afternoon, mainly from 7AM
through 7PM Monday. Weather conditions will favorable for erratic
wildfire growth and spread.

Please heed any orders from local fire officials.
