At 352 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Plank, or 7 miles east of Manchester, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Manchester, Hyden, Big Fork, Hoskinston, Bledsoe, Brightshade, Goose Rock, Jonsee, Napier, Stinnett, Yeaddiss, Ice Cliff, Park Valley, Cottongin, Warbranch, Rosspoint, House, Hector, Boho, and Bluehole. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 21 and 42. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
