...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Boone,
Campbell and Kenton and the following county, in southwest Ohio,
Hamilton.

* WHEN...Until 745 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 545 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
lingering in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no
additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort
Thomas, Newport, Reading, North College Hill, Madeira,
Edgewood, Wyoming, Cheviot, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills,
Highland Heights, Milford, Taylor Mill, Bellevue and Deer
Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland, the following counties, in
northern Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin,
Grant, Kenton, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the
following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont,
Hamilton and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
