Rockcastle, Wayne, and Jackson Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to
noon EST Monday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday evening
through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up
to one inch and ice accumulations up to 0.4 tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the snow
and ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
