...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following area, Jefferson IN and Kentucky, including the following areas, Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Casey, Clark KY, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison KY, Henry, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Scott KY, Shelby, Trimble and Woodford. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of heavy rainfall could lead to Flash Flooding.
