* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures in the low to mid 30s
will result in frost formation in low lying areas and valleys. For
the Freeze Watch late Thursday night into Friday morning, a more
widespread frost and temperatures around or below freezing
temperatures are expected in valleys and low lying areas.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 4 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
