For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index of 110 to 115 degrees possible. * WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast Missouri. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ Sunday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms may provide limited relief from the heat on Saturday and Sunday.
