At 1225 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Maytown to Benge. Movement was east at 75 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Prestonsburg, Jackson, Salyersville, Beattyville, Hindman, Campton,
Booneville, Mason, Simpson, Estill, Fincastle, Martin, Pippa Passes,
Wayland, Allen, Buckhorn, Turin, Travellers Rest, Buck, and Handshoe.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

produced heavy rainfall, additional thunderstorms containing
torrential downpours will impact the area through tonight.
