Martin, Bell, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry, and Pike. * WHEN...The Flood Watch is in effect until 1 AM tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will affect most of the area, and where they are most persistent, flash flooding could occur. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
