* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following
county, Massac and western Kentucky, including the following
counties, Livingston and McCracken.

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 706 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Paducah, Metropolis, Lone Oak, Reidland, Brookport, West
Paducah, Barkley Regional Airport and Ledbetter.

areas, Alexander, Jackson, Massac, Pulaski and Union, western
Kentucky, including the following areas, Ballard, Carlisle,
Graves, Hickman and McCracken, and southeast Missouri, including
the following area, Perry MO.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
