At 836 PM EDT/736 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm near Bonnieville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Munfordville, Bonnieville, Wabash, Bloyd, Lobb, Logsdon Valley,
Linwood, Hammonville, Mount Sherman, and Coakley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, north central, northwest, and
south central Kentucky, including the following areas, in east
central Kentucky, Anderson, Boyle, Clark KY, Fayette, Garrard,
Jessamine, Madison, Mercer and Woodford. In north central
Kentucky, Hardin, Larue, Nelson and Washington KY. In northwest
Kentucky, Ohio. In south central Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Barren,
Butler, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Grayson, Green,
Hart, Lincoln, Logan, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Simpson,
Taylor and Warren.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of showers and thunderstorms containing torrential
rainfall will impact the region through tonight.  Some
locations may receive multiple rounds of heavy rainfall
leading to high water and flash flooding.
