extending from near Parnell to Hutch, moving southwest at 20 mph.

following counties, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne
and Whitley.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
