Expect snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts where snow showers are most persistent. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph as temperatures fall into the 20s at lower elevations and teens above 2,500 feet. Sudden visibility reductions to 1/4 mile or less will be possible in snow squalls. * WHERE...Harlan and Letcher Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
