WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the
following counties, Bath, Fleming, Montgomery and Rowan.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Recent heavy rainfall has left soil conditions primed for
possible flash flooding. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms
with torrential downpours are possible on Wednesday near a
slow moving boundary.
