Northwestern Marshall County in western Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 811 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
